Founded by Hailey Greif and built on her mother's irreplaceable seamwork, Zaraz serves women and men across NYC and Long Island who are ready to stop settling for how things fit off the rack and start curating a wardrobe that is entirely, precisely theirs.


With a curated in-store collection of jewelry and handbags alongside expert tailoring services, Zaraz occupies a rare space: luxury personalization at an accessible entry point. The experience was already exceptional. The brand needed to catch up.

Create a brand identity that honors Zaraz's legacy while attracting a new generation of style-driven clients: high-income women in their early 30s across NYC and Long Island who value fit, curation, and confidence. Every element of the identity needed to communicate that Zaraz is not a dry cleaner. It is not fast fashion. It is a personal experience, and a premium one.

THE BRAND WORLD

The Zaraz client wants to feel seen. She's frustrated that nothing off the rack sits right on her, and she hasn't found a space that takes her style seriously. Zaraz fills that gap — using tailoring as an entry point into personal style discovery, not just a transactional fix.

We built the brand around that positioning: warm luxury, not cold fashion. A palette drawn from garnet, aged gold, and forest green grounds the identity in heritage and confidence. The typography leans into the atelier register — refined serifs for a brand that has been earning trust since 2006.

THE IDENTITY

The Zaraz mark needed to carry the weight of legacy while remaining wearable, literally. The logo system was designed to work at every scale, from the label sewn into a garment to the sign above the door. A wordmark with atelier-era serif detailing anchors the system, complemented by a standalone mark suitable for embroidery, hangtags, and packaging.

COLORS & TYPOGRAHIC SYSTEMS

The palette is intentional: garnet for legacy and confidence, aged gold for craft and quality, forest green for groundedness and longevity. Cream and parchment neutrals create the breathing room that separates a premium brand from a loud one. No blue. No pink.

Typography is led by a high-contrast serif — warm enough to feel personal, structured enough to feel authoritative. A clean geometric sans handles utility text, keeping the system balanced between editorial and approachable.
